1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl186 ("jl186," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available through jl186.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. After this period, jl186 may apply a monthly administrative fee not exceeding ₱100 to the dormant account balance. jl186 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy fees. The account holder may reactivate their account at any time by logging in, at which point dormancy fees will cease.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl186 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT (TRC20 network), and Coins.ph. Availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. jl186 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits to jl186 must be made from payment accounts held in the depositing player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the jl186 cashier page and are subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the technical limitations of each payment provider. Where a withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, jl186 may process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method belonging to the account holder. jl186 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. jl186 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, processing fees levied by third-party providers are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jl186 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl186 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency deposits received will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, net of any applicable conversion fees.

6 Gameplay Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl186. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

10 Limitation of Liability

jl186 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from: internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processing delays, force majeure events, regulatory changes, or unauthorized access to accounts caused by the player's own failure to secure their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits jl186's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by jl186

jl186 reserves the right to suspend or close any account and terminate these Terms with immediate effect, without prior notice, if jl186 reasonably determines that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; you have provided false registration information; suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on your account; your account is subject to a law enforcement order or regulatory directive; or continued operation of your account poses a regulatory or legal risk to jl186.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a Terms violation, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your jl186 account at any time by contacting jl186 support via live chat. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any available balance. jl186 will process account closure requests within five (5) business days of receiving all required information. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

12 Amendments

jl186 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on jl186.cam at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

In the event of a dispute, jl186 encourages players to first attempt resolution through jl186's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat. If an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in the City of Manila.
